SUMMARY:
We are currently recruiting for a network assessor position for a client based in Tygervalley.

POSITION INFO:
Job role :

Contact the company field workforce in order to perform “surveys” with them and provide head office support
Electronically report and/or escalate any issues or concerns that an employee may have
Assist the employees with any queries (Commission, statements, etc)
Build a relationship with the panel of employees assigned to them
Report daily to management with regards to escalations

Requirements :
Fluent in English plus a minimum of 2 additional languages( Tswana, Sotho,Sepedi)
Criminal clear
Insurance background
Matric

Working hours are Mon - Fri 08h00-16h00
