Tertiary Qualification equivalent to NQF5 (City & Guilds Diploma - Culinary Art)
Qualified Assesor
Minimum 3 years'' experience in a lecturer role
Fully bilingial
Excellent communication skills
Solid knowledge if Health, Safety and Food regulations
National & global culinary knowledge
Solid knowledge on kitchen management, culinary preparations and cooking techniques
Computer literate
Valid drivers license and own vehicle
Physically & mentally fit
Multi-task orientated
