Crewing Coordinator
POSITION INFO:
Join this industry leader in delivering world-class integrity and engineering solutions to both local and international markets as Crewing Coordinator. They require a strong, highly organized coordinator to take responsibility for outside of South Africa (Angola/Mozambique) crew movements, logistics, hotel and flight bookings, transfers visa extensions etc.
Experience within the Oil & Gas industry would be highly beneficial, as well as Construction and other related energy industries.
Qualification:
National Diploma or BTech degree
Skills & Experience:
3-5 years’ experience in a similar field (Travel agency, crew bookings, movie industry, ad agency traffic controller)
Ability to deal with ever changing environments/requirements
Written and spoken Portuguese is an advantage
Happy to work 24/7 to get the job done
Effective verbal, written and listening communications skills
Time management skills
Computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheet and word-processing programs at a highly proficient level
Responsibilities
End to end co-ordination of crew movements whilst outside of South Africa
Great communication between countries – align planning sheets, drive delivery, and always check up on tasks being done and verify they are done
Plan ahead and execute plans well
