Creditors / Wage Clerk (6 month contract)

R7000 - R9000

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
  • Experience on Pastel Accounting system (Not a must as we are willing to train the person as this is a junior position)
  • 1 years’ experience
  • Process all accounts payable, checking accounts, and also employee payroll
  • Match, check and process supplier documents
  • Processing of approved invoices, ensuring of correct levels of authority
  • Follow up on all outstanding invoices and reconcile items
  • Reconcile suppliers’ account
  • Timely and effective liaising with suppliers and follow up on all queries received
  • Develop required reports relative to all aspects of accounts
