SUMMARY:
An amazing opportunity has become available for a Creditors Supervisor to join a property management firm. The creditors supervisor will report to the financial controller. They will have previous experience in managing a small team. Accountability will span across Client services, Finance, Compliance and Personnel.

POSITION INFO:

Manage suppliers, enquiries, and administration in accordance with the service level agreement

Track outstanding payments timeously

Evaluate internal and external reconciliations, age analysis, invoices, and filing

Provide input with agreed annual budget process while monitoring for any monthly fluctuations

Prepare weekly and monthly reports timeously

Facilitate training to direct reports and assess performance on an on-going basis

Skills & Experience (Non-Negotiable):

Previously managed creditors clerks

Experience training creditors clerks

Recruitment and performance reviews

Attention to detail and structured

Strong Data management abilities

Systems Knowledge: High proficiency level in MS Office, MS Outlook, Pastel Evolution (Highly advantageous)

Qualification:

NQF 4 / Matric (Non-negotiable)

Bookkeeping / Accounting qualification
