SUMMARY:

A leader in its industry is currently seeking for a Creditors Supervisor to join their dynamic team.

The core function of this role is to oversee the work of creditor clerks, ensure that all creditor payments are accurately processed and that supplier reconciliations are done accurately and timeously

POSITION INFO:
The successful applicant duties include but is not limited to:

-Collection of outstanding accounts

-Negotiate payment arrangements

-Provide statements to relevant parties when required

-Carry out recons

-Work on arrear reports

-Hand over accurate reports to the Legal Department

-Attend monthly meetings

-Communicate on problematic tenants

-Sending out of arrear letters

Minimum Requirements:
-Must have advanced skills in Pivots and VLook-ups
-A qualification in Bookkeeping / Accounting or relevant.
-At least 3-5 years full function Creditors and Bookkeeping experience.
-At least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity within creditors department.
-MDA experience preferred.
-Limited Travelling will be required.
