A large data and storage giant, boasting with a national footprint, seeks an experienced and hardworking Creditors Supervisor to join their finance team based in Johannesburg South.

A large data and storage giant, boasting with a national footprint, seeks an experienced and hardworking Creditors Supervisor to join their finance team based in Johannesburg South.

The purpose of this role will be to oversee the full accounts payable function and creditors clerks. Main responsibility will be to perform accurate and timeously updating and reconciling of supplier accounts and ensuring all approvals have been obtained and all processes followed.

The successful candidate must be able to operate under pressure, be energetic, fast and have meticulous attention to detail. Experience managing and overseeing large book values is highly important for this role.

Education:

Relevant finance degree

Job Experience & Skills Required:

5 to 6 years'' experience in a creditors / accounts payable role

2 to 3 years’ experience in a management or supervisory role is non-negotiable

Strong full function creditors experience

Strong Excel skills

Syspro experience will be highly beneficial

Strong reconciliation skills

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Meticulous attention to detail

Work well under pressure

Deadline driven and results orientated

Good people skills and assertiveness

Team player
