An established residential and commercial property management company is looking for a dynamic and experienced Creditors Supervisor to join their fast-paced team in Pretoria.

The purpose of this role will be to oversee the work of creditors clerks and ensuring that all payments are accurately processes and that reconciliations are done accurately.

The successful candidate must be able to operate under pressure, be energetic, fast and have meticulous attention to detail.

Education:

Diploma or Degree in Bookkeeping / Accounting

Job Experience & Skills Required:

3+ years'' experience in a creditors / accounts payable role

2+ years’ experience in a management or supervisory role

Strong full function creditors experience

Strong MS Office skills

Strong Excel skills

MDA accounting experience preferred

Strong reconciliation skills

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Meticulous attention to detail

Work well under pressure

Deadline driven and results orientated

Good people skills and assertiveness

Team player
