SUMMARY:
Our client is one of South Africaâ€™s leading and progressive distributors of footwear, handbags, luggage etc. They pride themselves on offering a transcendent wholesale experience. They are currently looking to fill a role for Creditors Manager in their finance department.

POSITION INFO:

Duties:

Manage the Accounts payable function from end-to-end
Ensuring the team''''s work is accurate and invoices are approved for payment using the correct process
Ensure invoices and payments have been posted to the correct accounts
Managing the resolution of issues escalated from team members
Review all creditors reconciliations
Manage the supplier age analysis (including ageing)
Preparation of cashflow forecasts for weekly and monthly payment runs
Preparation of electronic payment files for weekly and monthly payment runs
Adhoc reports (as a when required by Financial Manager or Head of Finance

Experience/Skills:

Grade 12/Matric essential
Tertiary qualification, an advantage
Knowledge of Accounting Systems will be advantageous.
3-5 years Creditor management experience
