One of South Africa’s importing and distributing companies is currently looking for a Creditors Clerk & Admin Assistant to join their team. This is a all-rounder position

As a Creditors Clerk & Admin Assistant you will responsible for the following:

• Capture of invoices and payments
• Create monthly reports prior to month-end
• Prepare monthly reconciliation
• Filing and copy of invoices
• Maintain updates to creditors details
• Credit Cards Monthly recons
• Ad hoc duties

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Completed Matric and a tertiary qualification

Minimum 3 years experience

Excellent attention to detail

SAP is preferred
