Ballito based Client looking for a Creditors Clerk (half day) to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities include:

Full Creditors Control Function in Pastel V14 + Excel i.e. Capturing, Balancing and Monthly Reconciliation of all Creditors
Requires a good knowledge of spreadsheets, formulas and be adept at working with figures.
Preparation, maintaining and updating of Weekly Payment Schedules for Client Projects, in Excel
Obtaining Quotes from Suppliers for Costing Purposes (Email & Telephonically)
Preparation of Client’s Costings and Quotations (Working in Excel & Word)
Processing of Pastel invoicing & Statements for Clients Typing Client Quotes in Word
Be able to communicate well with Client’s (Obtaining Client’s Signatures on Quotes)
Liaising with Clients regarding Payments + Installations
Assisting Orders Clerk when required
Petty Cash
Ordering and Maintaining Office Stationery Requirements
Dealing with Office Printers and related Issues
General Emailing
Any Further Duties that may be required from time to time
