SUMMARY:
An exciting new opportunity has arisen with our client in the FMCG sector for a Creditors Clerk (Cold Stores) to join their Finance dept.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:
  • Take ownership of the allocated Cold Stores accounts
  • Processing of invoices from suppliers onto Syspro checking all supporting documentation
  • Prepare the relevant reconciliations
  • Resolve queries on the accounts
  • Maintaining Cold Store Claims
Requirements:
  • Matric / Tertiary qualification in accounting or finance
  • 5 Years’ experience in a similar creditors’ role
  • Experience capturing invoices in the general ledger on an accounting system
  • Intermediate Excel Skills
  • Experience on systems such as Pastel / Syspro
