Creditors Clerk/ Accounts Payable Clerk (JB604)

Bedfordview

R14 000 – R16 000

2.5-month Contract

Non-Profit organisation requires an experienced Creditors Clerk to assist them on a temporary basis.

Sage evolution experience is required.

Responsibilities:

Processing of Weekly Payments

Processing of Month-end Payments

Processing of monthly Debit Order Invoices

Weekly filing of payments including sending of proof of payments

Accounts Payable Reconciliation

Requirements:

Matric

Relevant Bookkeeping/Finance Qualification

2-3 years Accounts Pay Payable Experience

1 Year Debit Order Processing Experience

Good Sage Evolution skills

Good MS office skills (Advanced Excel)

Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills

Required start date: 15 March 2021
