Our client is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join their team as a Creditors Clerk. As a Creditors Clerk you will play a vital role in managing financial transactions related to accounts payable

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications & Requirements:

• Manage and process transactions accurately and efficiently build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
• Manage financial data and systems, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

• 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Experience working in a construction environment.

• Process and manage transactions.
• Process and manage invoices, payments and currency conversions.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts.
• Ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies.
• Provide regular reports to management.
• Build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers (oversees original equipment manufacturers/OEMs) and other stakeholders.
• Ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.
• Manage financial data and systems.
• Manage financial data and systems related to transactions.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Compliance and risk management.
• Remain up to date with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ensure that all transactions are compliant and adhere to company policies and procedures.
