SUMMARY:
We require a Creditors Clerk in Stellenbosch. Advanced Excel and a suitable accounting qualification essential. Fruit industry experience preferred.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

Grade 12
At least 1 years cost management experience in the fruit/agriculture/freight industry
Accounting qualification (Diploma or higher)
Fruit / agriculture industry experience in accounts
Advanced Excel (lookups’ import mapping)
Good eye for detail
Ability to work accurately
Previous experience working on QX beneficial

Duties and Responsibilities:

Allocating margins and costs
Recons
Invoicing on QX
Handling disputes
Capturing of reports
Print/save cost capture reports and prepare remittances for payments
Liaising with other departments
Using Excel Spreadsheets and formulas (V- and X-lookup).
Handling of Creditor Queries.
Month end reconciliation of each creditor before remittance packages are prepared for payment
Receive, verify rates as per service agreements with providers and code invoices
