Duties and Responsibilities:

Updating and completing monthly Cash Book & Creditors Recon.
Preparing and controlling paperwork for payments.
Office management control.
Petty Cash.

Skills

Good administrative track record

Excellent numeric skills
Ability to use own initiative and work with minimum supervision
Ability to work under pressure in order to meet strict deadlines

Qualifications

Matric (with Higher Grade)
Bookkeeping Any Part Professional Qualification
Understanding of Finance & Accounting
Highly computer literate with above average Excel Skills, SAP experience will be an added advantage
