Creditors Clerk

SUMMARY:
Are you a well-rounded and experienced Creditors Clerk with minimum one to two years experience? 
Our Client a Wholesale/Distribution company servicing the Industrial Bakeries and Food Services Industries requires your experience to join their growing Finance Team.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS
Matric with Maths and Accounting
1 - 2 years experience as a Creditors Clerk
Knowledge of Pastel
Computer literate / Microsoft office
Meticulous with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong numerical skills
Good interpersonal skills
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to cope with pressure and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Working Hours:  7am - 5pm
 
 DUTIES
CREDITORS:
Complete accurate Monthly Reconcilations
Correct allocation of Supplier Payments
Processing of invoices before month end
Ensure no items are outstanding on GRV Report at month end.
Complete Purchase Ledger
 
Salary:  R8- R10000 dependent on experience
