FMCG Company Based In Linbro Park Seeks A Temp Creditors Clerk (6 Month Assignment). Candidates Must Be Available Immediately, Must Have Syspro Experience And Must Have Foreign Creditors Experience

POSITION INFO:

Matric is essential
Relevant tertiary qualification
Syspro is essential
5+ years’ experience in accounts payable
Must have foreign creditors experience
Match invoices
Credit notes
Allocate according to GL codes
Prepare accrual listings
Monthly supplier reconciliations packs – include AP trial balance
Remittance advices
Monitor supplier bank levels
Comply with AP policies
Assist Auditors
Ad hoc reports
Excellent communications skills
High levels of accuracy
Team player who is customer services orientated
