SUMMARY:

An exciting Company based in Cape Town that specializes in the sales and rentals of shipping containers, is looking to employ a young, vibrant, and enthusiastic creditors clerk who is a real go-getter.

POSITION INFO:
The main function would be creditors which would include the following:

Data capturing/inputting of all creditors invoices, payments, filing
Correlating delivery notes and invoices
Generating creditors recons/creditors list
Allocating payments on our accounts system
Liaising with suppliers with regards queries etc.
Assist/liaise with the buyer and storeman. On occasion assisting the buyer where needed.
Evaluate job profitability – this essentially means comparing cost of job against estimate of job. Only gets done once the job is complete
Social Media posts
Reception – a shared function which could develop into a fulltime function.

Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric
Own vehicle and valid license
Creditors experience (but willingness to learn and grow)
Quickbooks experience will be beneficial
