Creditors Clerk

SUMMARY:
Is the financial creditors function your forte and do you have a good number of years experience in creditors working on Pastel? Our Client based in Bellville South is urgently requiring a bilingual Afrikaans and English speaking creditors clerk to join their successful finance team.

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric, relevant qualification highly advantageous

Experience working in creditors on Pastel

Own transport

Ten years’ experience in Creditors

Strong analytical and accuracy skills

Must be deadline driven

Ability to communicate in Afrikaans and English with Clients

Confident communication skills

Preferably own transport

DUTIES:

Managing the full creditors portfolio for five entities

Reporting to the Financial Director

Creditor’s reconciliations

Processing all supplier invoices

Dealing with subcontractors for invoicing of their equipment being used

Matching of Purchase orders

Daily opening of suppliers and customer accounts

Data capturing and updating of supplier details

Managing Credit Applications

Manage Filing System

Handling Clients queries and information requirements

Assist with any other related duties that are needed within the administration and finance department

Ability to multi-task and assist within the team.

SALARY:R13 to R16000 per month dependent on experience
