SUMMARY:
Mining giant seeks to employ a Forex Creditors Clerk to join their established team. This role will allow growth within the business while enabling you the opportunity to gain additional exposure in various aspects of the finance department.

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications:

Complete Matric
Studying towards a BCom Accounting or,
Complete Bookkeeping qualification

Skills:

Advanced Excel
Sage X3
4 years in a similar role within the Creditors environment
Foreign Creditors payments essential

Job description:

Process, reconcile and load payments.
Validate and checks invoices and PO’s
Facilitate and check invoice approval processes ensuring payment terms and deadlines are met.
Match and capture invoices and load payments
Manage the payment process according to payment terms and perform exchange rate calculations for foreign supplier payments.
