Creditors Clerk

SUMMARY:
A property development company based in Pretoria is looking for a Creditors Clerk to join their team for 2-3 months, on a maternity relief contract. It is essential that the successful candidate have 5-7 years’ experience.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric with good results in Accounting and Maths.
• 5 – 7 years’ experience as a Creditor Clerk.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook experience.
• MDA Property Management software would be beneficial.
  
  

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Loading of payments.
• Payment requisitions.
• Request bank confirmation letters.
• Payment authorisations.
• Request invoices from suppliers.
• Supplier invoices.
• VAT submissions and processing of supplier invoices.
• Ensure payments are performed.
• Supplier reconciliation.
• TPN credit checks.
• Ad-hoc duties.
