SUMMARY:
Are you experienced in the creditors function with minimum two to three years experience? This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an International company which is based in Montague Gardens. Immediately available candidates will be highly advantageous.

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS

Matric and accounting qualification highly advantageous

Minimum 2 years experience managing creditors function

Good communication skills

Excellent financial acumen

High attention to detail and accuracy

Deadline orientated

DUTIES

Processing purchase invoices on the accounts system

Working from the front reception desk, answering incoming calls

Ensure all information and the exchange rate is correct

Purchase orders queries to be checked and forwarded to Buying department to resolve

Complete credit application forms

Review outstanding creditors

Finalise creditor reconciliations with statements

Dealing with incoming clients and answering the switchboard

Screening calls where required

Liaising with Buyers and assist them where necessary

Filing of import documents and manage the filing systems

Ad-hoc administration that is required

Salary: R12 – R15k plus Provident Fund, dependent on experience
