POSITION INFO:

Creditors Clerk Brackenfell Cape town

Our client in Brackenfell Cape Town is looking for a Creditors Clerk with at least 3-5 years’ experience.

Salary: Very Negotiable

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric / grade 12
• 3 -5 years relevant creditors’ experience in similar role
• Computer literacy – MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, Pastel Partner
• Ability to work independently and under pressure, with high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Adhere to strict deadlines

Key Responsibilities
• Full Creditors function – PASTEL PARTNER (pay suppliers, allocate payments, reports on payments and arrangements)
• Liaise with the divisions to ensure that all work is received
• Liaise with service providers/ creditors regarding outstanding credits and debits on reconciliations.
• Collate all statements during the month from suppliers
• Ensure that all outstanding queries are resolved within set time
• Service / Support divisions and suppliers with any queries
• Filing and general administrative work.
