Creditors Administrator

SUMMARY:
Our client within the IT solutions industry is seeking to employ a Creditors Administrator. (to start ASAP)

POSITION INFO:
This positions is based in Northern Suburbs, Cape Town
Creditors Administrator will ensure that the creditors accounts are managed efficiently and processed in line with the Finance policy.
Ideal candidate must have: - 
Min 3 - 5 years working experience within a similar role
Advanced Pastel skills + MS office
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Great attention to detail and ability to cope under pressure
Duties will include but not limited to:
Processing of Supplier invoices: - 
Ensuring PO are listed on accounting system
Cash book processing 
Ensuring accurate processing of VAT on expense payments 
Handling banking queries
Supplier payments: - 
Various payments, rental, electricity, water, phone cost, staff training, catering, functions, accommodation etc.
Allocation of all payments made through the cash book into supplier age analysis account
Reconciliations 
Cost of sales and other accruals: - 
Warehouse accounts cleared off to the inventory adjustments account for journal entries 
Reports: unprocessed PO''s / tracked
Cost of sales listings to be provided to senior controllers
Admin:
Ensuring that all internal procedures are adhered to in accordance with the Finance Policy
Ensuring that the remittance advice are distributed to the vendors 
Maintaining accurate records by ensuring that all documentation is filed away in an orderly manner diligently on a weekly and monthly basis after payments are effected
Assistance with all required documentation and queries in the annual audit
