JOB DESCRIPTION:

Creditor Clerk – Milnerton - R11,000-R12,000 per month

Requirements:

Matric
Diploma in Bookkeeping or Accounting or similar
1 – 3 years’ work experience in similar role
Own Transport preferably
Clear Criminal Record & good Credit record

Key Performance:

Responsible for Creditors Payments, invoicing and recording of financial transactions
Invoicing of Creditors
Reconcile the general ledger and the creditor’s accounts monthly
Preparation of creditor payments
Accurate Filling of supplier invoices and supporting documents
Assist with creditor queries
Providing administrative support to the team
Preparation of statements, client status reports and all relevant information as required
Attending to all incoming calls in a professional and timeous manner
