Creditor Clerk – Milnerton - R11,000-R12,000 per month

Requirements:

• Matric
• Diploma in Bookkeeping or Accounting or similar
• 1 – 3 years’ work experience in similar role
• Own Transport preferably
• Clear Criminal Record & good Credit record

Key Performance:  

• Responsible for Creditors Payments, invoicing and recording of financial transactions
• Invoicing of Creditors
• Reconcile the general ledger and the creditor’s accounts monthly
• Preparation of creditor payments
• Accurate Filling of supplier invoices and supporting documents
• Assist with creditor queries
• Providing administrative support to the team
• Preparation of statements, client status reports and all relevant information as required
• Attending to all incoming calls in a professional and timeous manner
