Credit Risk Manager

SUMMARY:
A Well - known Logistics Company is looking for a Credit Risk Manager to join their team ASAP

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• Bcom Degree or NDIP in credit Management
• 5 – 7  Years Logistics experience
• Staff Management

Key Responsibilities:

• To drive compliance with policies and procedures in place, to help the company meet its revenue and credit risk management objectives, report on non-compliance and perform root cause analysis to avoid further recurrences.
• New & existing accounts revetted and approved in accordance with the credit risk policy
• Keep policies and procedures current, communicate them to your subordinates and to other affected parties, for implementation and compliance.
• Perform ad-hoc audits within Credit for reporting and improvements on internal controls in place  
• Liaising with internal & external auditors and closing out any audit findings
• Manage or be part of Ad hoc projects/requests as the need arises  
• Periodic reporting, i.e. Compilation of Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reports
• Motivating the team by living the company Values, actively support employee growth through training, performance reviews, mentoring and coaching.
• To perform any additional tasks requested by senior management
• Manage problematic clients
• Manage small team
