Credit Controller (FMCG) - Cape Town

SUMMARY:
A position is available for a Credit Controller with FMCG experience and experience in wholesale and mass cash accounts.

POSITION INFO:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12 or relevant qualification
• Business English: Fluent
• MS Excel (Advanced)
• Code 8 Motor Vehicle License
• Must have experience in Wholesale and Mass cash accounts

MUST HAVE FMCG EXPERIENCE

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

The Credit Controller is responsible for collecting the outstanding debt, ensuring in the day-to-day duties such as timely payments, processing and reconciling of invoices

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collect trade debt

• Confirm payment of all new and existing customer accounts
• Control allocated accounts and ensure that all outstanding monies owed to the company is collected
• Log and address customer queries
• Maintain good customer relations

Request credit limits

• Request increase/s of credit limit

Liaise with customers

• Follow up on overdue accounts
