SUMMARY:
Manufacturing concern, based in the East Rand has a contract position immediately available for a Credit Controller. Report to the Debtors Supervisor.

POSITION INFO:

Position requires a person with minimum Matric, and 5-8 years Credit Control experience preferably within the Manufacturing sector. Proven ability to manage 230 accounts, create credit applications, open accounts in SAP and create files, update the masterdata ie. create, amend, delete, on hold, zzz in SAP, obtain daily list of deposits for allocation and processing against remittances received; telephonic collections; report on discrepancies; obtain and fil applications for approved credit limit increases, processing and updating SAP with changes, issue statements, solve queries, age analysis, identify and report on customers where stop supplies, credit limits and terms are exceeded, prepare and submit all information to lawyers with regards to handed-over accounts, process credit notes, follow-up on COD accounts daily, supply forecasts when required and do filing. Recent working experience on SAP essential. Position would ideally suit a female.
