SUMMARY:
We require a Credit Controller in Epping Industria area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties & Responsibilities

  •  Full credit control function
  •  Account reconciliations
  •  Allocation and capturing of payments
  •  Follow-up of overdue payments
  •  Processing of credit notes and sundry invoicing
  •  Liaise with Account Executives
  •  Assist with the identification, follow-up and resolving of customer queries
  •  Preparing reports for customers and management
  •  Maintenance of AR data
  • Assist with admin functions around the office

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Grade 12 / NQF 4- not negotiable
  • More than 5 years experience in a financial/credit control environment
  • Accounting qualification suited to role
  • Experience in business credit
  • Experience with Prism software
  • Computer literate
  • High level of numeracy and literacy
