Qualifications / Requirements:
• To start immediately
• Minimum of 5 years credit control experience
• Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
• Windeed, QuickBooks and palladium experience highly advantageous
• Computer literate and strong organizing skills
• Energetic, independent, self-motivated and must be operationally a hands-on person
• Possess excellent initiative, strong sense of responsibility and good judgement
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to work with individuals at all levels
• Ability to work under pressure and be able to deliver accurate work in a tight time-frame
• Ability to multitask and handle a diverse workload independently
Qualifications / Requirements:
• Process customer registration / credit applications in accordance with existing internal framework
• Assess customer credit worthiness and report on same
• Credit risk mitigation
• Liaise with customers
• Ensure smooth running of credit department
• Ensure annual review of each customer is performed
• Ensure implementation of credit policy
• Liaise with credit insurers in respect of policies and claims
• Contact customer trade references
• Compile monthly reports
• Write basic memorandums that comment on the credit worthiness of a customer
• Upload customers onto internal database and effect amendments when necessary to do so
• Maintain control of credit applications
