A repuatble Logistics company based in Gauteng requires a Credit Controller with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to join their team

 

 



JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • 5 years' experience working in the similar role within the logistics and freight sector 
  • Good excel knowledge.

Duties:

  • Collect payment of monies due.
  • Effect credit control authorization.
  • Generate monthly credit control report.
  • Calculate interest on overdue amounts.
  • Arrange for credit notes to be raised in instances of early payment.
  • Furnish enquirers with trade references.
  • Record cheque deposits.
  • Record direct transfers.
  • Prepare bank deposit analysis sheets.
  • Prepare journal entries.
  • Comply with the requirements of the quality management system.
