SUMMARY:

A repuatble Logistics company based in Gauteng requires a Credit Controller with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to join their team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

5 years' experience working in the similar role within the logistics and freight sector
Good excel knowledge.

Duties:

Collect payment of monies due.
Effect credit control authorization.
Generate monthly credit control report.
Calculate interest on overdue amounts.
Arrange for credit notes to be raised in instances of early payment.
Furnish enquirers with trade references.
Record cheque deposits.
Record direct transfers.
Prepare bank deposit analysis sheets.
Prepare journal entries.
Comply with the requirements of the quality management system.
