Credit Controller

SUMMARY:
Experienced credit controller required to manage debtors accounts, communicating with clients, resolving queries, processing and reconciling debtors.

POSITION INFO:

Key responsibilities:

• Processing accounts & incoming payments in compliance with financial policies & procedures
• Performing day-to-day financial transactions incl. verifying, classifying, computing, posting & recording accounts & statements
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all invoices & statements
• Update debtors records and status
• Handling customer queries
• Handling legal & deceased accounts
• Facilitate payment of invoices - sending reminders & contacting clients / collection on accounts
• Processing debit orders
• Reporting on Age analysis & debtors days

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Credit control qualification advantageous
• 5 - 7 years'' proven working exp. as a credit controller
