Job description:

• Responsible to monitor debtors aging which includes obtaining age analysis reports
• Responsible for the reconciliation of debtor’s statements
• Responsible for the resolution of other general debtors account queries on a daily basis
• Maintain good customer relationships and manage customer expectations
• Responsible to allocate customer receipts and credit notes
• Monitoring and allocation of daily customer receipts
• Responsible to apply for credit limits with CGIC and manage customer limits. (Submit claims etc.)
• Responsible to get customer payments in and negotiate payment plans.
  Responsible for the day to day administration of debtor procedures

• Ensure all supplier account details are current and up to date.
• Complete all new supplier credit application forms.
• Prepare weekly and monthly payment schedules.
• Follow up on discrepancies.
• Reconcile supplier accounts.
• Follow up on all discrepancies.
