Credit Controller

SUMMARY:
A terrific opportunity if you are living in the Southern Suburbs and would like to work a bit closer to home. Manufacturing or retail experience is advantageous for this role, as well as working with a big book value and dealing with retailers.

POSITION INFO:

Manage the debtors accounts – new and existing clients

Invoices and month end statements supplied to customers by their preferred communication channel

Reconciliation of debtor’s accounts (GL to age analysis to individual customer accounts)

Liaising with customers regarding queries

Escalate outstanding accounts to management

Process receipts onto Accpac

Manage the credit note process

Client portal management to ensure all invoices are being uploaded correctly

Skills & Experience:

Strong attention to detail

Strong Excel knowledge

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong technical knowledge of finance administration/accounts receivable

Qualification:

Matric

Bookkeeping diploma or certificate
