SUMMARY:
My client is looking for a Credit Controller in Vereeniging.

POSITION INFO:

BE ABLE TO HANDLE A BIG BOOK VALUE (300 CUSTOMERS +, A VALUE 20 MIL)

EXPERIENCE IN SYSPRO and EXCEL A MUST

Credit Control

Ensure that all accounts are followed up on a weekly basis.
Ensure that accounts remain in approved terms.
Ensure that accounts trade within the approved credit limit

Admin

Month end customer statements to be sent to all customers.
Review credit limits based on order intake on a regular basis
All credit limits to be checked on the CIS system.
Maintain customer details on Syspro as per credit limit.
Reconciliation of debtors accounts.
Processing of credit notes within 24 hours of being authorised.
Processing of Loyalty Customer rebate credits.
All credit notes must be processed before month.
Releasing of sales orders.
Customer refunds to be properly completed

Loyalty Customers

Opening of Loyalty Customer accounts on Syspro.

New Accounts

Ensure that the Credit Application is completed in full by the customer.

Branch Support

Liaise with Branch Managers.
Resolve customer queries daily

Bank - Invoice Discounting Accounts

Ensure all payments are processed daily from the ID Bank accounts.

Ensure all customer details are correct on Syspro
