POSITION INFO:

The main responsibilities of the position include:

Ensuring effective credit applications by:

Assisting with new credit applications and opening new accounts on the system.
Ensuring all documentation is complete and up to date.

Customer file maintenance and ensuring all information is complete, accurate and up to date.
1. Carrying out payment inquiries and following up on non-payments.
2. Assisting with the preparation of monthly accounts within set deadlines.
3. Housekeeping and filing within the department.

The ideal candidate must

Have a strong background in accounts.
Have good debtor reconciliation experience.
Have excellent communication skills.
Be people orientated.
Be very computer literate – Excel / MS Office & SYSPRO
Full Credit control Function
Bilingual in English and Afrikaans an advantage
Grade 12
