SUMMARY:
Credit Controller - 1 Month Contract R 12 000.00 to R 15 000.00 pm Sunderland Ridge Centurion

POSITION INFO:

Our Client in the Manufacturing industry is seeking the employment of a Credit Controller focused on working with Suppliers to fulfill a 1 month contract

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric
Diploma in Bookkeeping or other Finance related qualification
2 to 3 years related work experience
Experience on the Syspro system - REQUIRED, NOT NEGOTIABLE
Administration and report writing experience

Job Description:

Control customer accounts in terms of:
- Opening Accounts
- Monitoring credit granted
- Chasing and allocating payment
- Resolving queries on accounts
Responsible for changing credit limits on the system
Distribute debtor’s statements
Control cash accounts/cashbook
Block/unblock/open accounts on the system (including new accounts)
Process transactions
Liaise with the customer with regards to payments and queries
Responsible for forecasting cash collections
Notify the Financial Manager of any concerns that may arise
Responsible for day-to-day processing of their respective area
