SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity awaits Senior Credit Controllers looking to join a Global Player specializing in the marketing, sales and distribution of specialty chemicals

POSITION INFO:
Responsible for Credit Control within the entity and any legal matters arising therefrom.

Responsibilities :

Checking and Balancing of Statements sent out to Customers
Review of age Analysis, ensuring all customers adhere to credit limits
Liaise with Customers to ensure payments are made on time
Receipt and updating of batches
COD reconciliations
Processing of all credit applications and creation of new accounts
Follow up on delinquent debtors
Ensuring the integrity of data in open item sales ledger

Duties and responsibilities are not limited to the above

Requirements :

5 - 7 Years within a similar role
Formal training in Debt Management
Advanced MS Excel
ERP Systems experience essential
JDE experience will be an added advantage
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with cross-functional teams
