POSITION INFO:

The main responsibilities of the position include:

1. Ensuring effective credit applications by:

• Assisting with new credit applications and opening new accounts on the system.
• Ensuring all documentation is complete and up to date.
• Customer file maintenance and ensuring all information is complete, accurate and up to date
• Carrying out payment inquiries and following up on non-payments
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly accounts within set deadlines.
• Housekeeping and filing within the department.

The ideal candidate must:

• Good communication skills written and spoken in English and Afrikaans
• Have a strong background in accounts.

• Have good debtor reconciliation experience.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be people orientated.
• Be very computer literate – Excel / MS Office & SYSPRO
• Full Credit control Function
• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans an advantage
• Grade 12
