POSITION INFO:
Are you a visionary leader with expertise in credit risk management and data science? A leading insurance company is looking for an innovative Credit Capabilities Manager to drive strategy and growth.

Duties:

Lead the development and strategic enhancement of the credit function, working closely with the Chief Risk Officer.
Collaborate with business partners to advance risk management and prevention strategies.
Manage resources within budget and ensure projects meet their schedules.
Liaise with relevant departments, partners, and external vendors for operational excellence.
Provide guidance on best practices for models and approaches in a tech-driven environment.
Play a key role in strategic decision-making and implementation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as CFA, FRM, or data science certifications are a plus.

Experience:

5+ years in a similar role.
Strong track record in strategy development and implementation.
