Creative Motion Designer - an opportunity to join a fast paced, growing software house who are revolutionising e-learning with their custom-built platform!
The Role:
You''ll be joining a small team - you, the Social Media Strategist, and the creative genius behind it all, to create animations and videos to be distributed across a range of channels. These guys are looking to showcase their platform and show the world what they can do!
You should be comfortable working with most up to date animation and motion tech, and you should be comfortable with a range of styles and media (text and vector illustrations, videos, animation, and photography). Any audio experience would be a bonus!
This is a brand-new role so you will have a lot autonomy and will have a hand in leading the organisational approach towards motion and design. You should be confident, passionate, and willing to share your experiences with other areas of the business.

Specialising in learning management systems these guys have been busier than ever over the past year and for obvious reasons, their service has become even more important. With that trend set to continue they have developed a platform specifically for e-learning which is where you come in.

You:
Obviously, you''ll be a motion designer who enjoys working with the latest technologies. You should have strong attention to detail and be used to a busy environment that sees you switch between multiple projects.
You should be able to demonstrate your ability to develop stories through your work and have a strong understand of the end to end process, from concept to completion. You should also have built an awareness of the limitations set by each social media platform on motion design.
Salary & Interview Process:
We have a rough range of £20-24k for this role depending on experience, with a range of benefits on top of that.
The role is entirely remote, for now, but going forward they would like a mix of in office, at home working however, it''s entirely flexible.
The interview process is straight forward, you will have an informal chat with the principle dev to hear a little bit more about the role, they will want to see some of your and all being well, a more formal interview following that.
