Creative Digital Designer

SUMMARY:
Work in close collaboration with our Brand, Content and Product teams to conceptualise, design and produce collateral for the marketing needs of the market leading FinTech

POSITION INFO:

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design digital material for various platforms, including social media, web banners, paid media,
emailers, animation/GIF, etc.
• User Experience and User Interface design for mobile, producing user journeys, wireframes,
prototyping and graphic design for final release.
• Articulating complex concepts and data visualisation by designing infographics.
• Conceptualise and produce a wide range of marketing and communication assets for our various
brands.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
• Completed tertiary qualification in digital design or graphic design
• At least 4 years of experience with a core focus on digital design.
• Comprehensive portfolio of work– PDF/Behance/Dribbble/web.
• Expert knowledge of the full Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign and PremierPro.
• Video production, photography, sound editing and animation.
• Basic HTML/CSS.
• PowerPoint and Prezi applications.
• Experience working within real estate or financial services will be an advantage.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
• Extremely strong conceptual designer and innovative creative thinker.
• Advanced understanding of design principles of web, mobile, print, typography and branding.
• High degree of technical knowledge of design standards for various digital platforms, especially
web and mobile applications.
• In-depth understanding of user-centred design principles and global best practice.
• Ability to adhere to strict brand guidelines.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
