Counter Sales Representative

SUMMARY:
Counter Sales Representative client based in Thabazimbi, with a minimum of 2 years internal sales as well as consumer and commercial tyre knowledge. This individual is expected to provide a sales service in order to contribute to the wholesale departments’ profitability and growth and maintain customer service excellence.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• IMM diploma would be an advantage.
• Preference will be given to previously disadvantaged candidates.
• A minimum of 2 years of internal sales representative experience in the tyre industry.
• A minimum of 2 years /experience.
• Sound working knowledge of Admin systems, particularly Computer systems.
• Strong compliance, integrity, and ethical behaviour at all times.
• Effective interpersonal, selling, negotiation and communication skills at all levels.
• Ability to work independently as a self.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide a sales service in order to contribute to the wholesale departments’ profitability and growth and maintain customer service excellence.
• Provide customer service excellence within the branch to retail and corporate customers.
• Organise, develop, and lead Branch Operators.
• Implement administrative and financial procedures to ensure customer needs
• Ensure company standards and procedures are met.
• Manage self to improve personal effectiveness.
