Counter Sales Representative – Nelspruit

SUMMARY:
To provide a sales service in order to contribute to the wholesale departments’ profitability and growth and maintain customer service excellence.

POSITION INFO:

Counter Sales Representative – Nelspruit

Area: Nelspruit, Mpumalanga

Package: Salary Range between R15 000-00 and R20500-00 Total Monthly Package (inclusive of Provident Fund and Medical Aid contributions). Monthly sales commission structure in place if sales targets met.

Purpose: To provide a sales service in order to contribute to the wholesale departments’ profitability and growth and maintain customer service excellence.

Key Performance Areas:

1. Provide customer service excellence within the branch to retail and corporate customers.

2. Organise, develop and lead Branch Operators.

3. Implement administrative and financial procedures to ensure customer needs and tyre standards and procedures are met.

4. Manage self to improve personal effectiveness.

Skills and experience required:

➢ Strong compliance, integrity and ethical behaviour at all times.

➢ Effective interpersonal, selling, negotiation and communication skills at all levels.

➢ A minimum of 2 years’ internal sales representative experience in the tyre industry.

➢ A minimum of 2 years’ consumer and commercial tyre knowledge/experience.

➢ Sound working knowledge of Admin systems, particularly Computer systems.

➢ Ability to work independently as a self- starter within the team.

Qualification required: -

➢ Grade 12 (Matric)

➢ IMM diploma would be an advantage.
