SUMMARY:
Vehicle Costing Clerk - Pretoria - Gauteng

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A Motor Vehicle Dealership based in Pretoria is looking for a Vehicle Costing Clerk to join their team in the Service Department.

Duties (included but not limited to):

Ensure that vehicles under warranty are registered on the warranty system
Assist with service administration when necessary
Assist with service calls when necessary
Check Job Cards daily
Ensure sales, manufacturing dates are correct.
Ensure chassis and engine numbers correct
Check service history
Check extra work required
Correct allocation of costs
Quotations, when necessary
Do general costing accurately
Check work in progress
Attend to queries and corrections
Do job card reversals, when necessary
Check that previous day’s invoices are reflected on system.
Assist with service calls when necessary
Banking
Track outstanding cash

Requirements:

Must have at least 2 years experience as a Vehicle Costing Clerk in the Automotive Industry
Experience on Kerridge
Drivers license
Bubbly and energetic personality with good customer care skills

Remuneration:
R15 000 - R18 000 Basic per Month + Incentives + Benefits
