Collecting & sending out invoices

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Temp contract position for Costing / Debtors Administrator, based in Benoni
Processing Invoices daily
Working on Pastel Evolution (essential)
Collecting and sending out invoices with supporting documentation
Liaise with customers on all queries relating to invoices
Checking of job cards for accuracy and liaise with costings department before invoicing
Liaise with warehouse for dispatch and client collection of stock sales
Assist procurement with summaries of costings for specialised projects
