A multi award-winning company in the waste management sector is in search of a Cost and Management Accountant to join their dynamic and passionate team. The ideal candidate must feel passionate towards innovative environmental solutions and hold a B.Com degree in Financial Management.

This is a wonderful opportunity to join a decades old and award-winning company with branches in 5 provinces. My client is at the forefront of innovative and environmentally friendly waste management, offering a wide range of services aimed at sustainability. The ideal candidate must hold a B.Com degree in Financial Management and either studying towards their CIMA or having completed it. The candidate must be comfortable with short-notice costing / tenders.

As Cost and Management Accountant you will be responsible for:

Analyse and present monthly management accounts, including detailed variance analysis
Cost tenders and day to day costings
Assist COO with business modulations
Prepare year and quarterly budgets and forecasts
Analyse and oversee accounting corrections required on management accounts

Job Experience and Skills Required:

B.Com Financial Management
Partial or completed CIMA
