A renowned corporation operating in the FMCG sector is in pursuit of an immediately available Cost and Management Accountant. Do you have a BCOM degree? Do you have 5-10 years experience working as a Cost Accountant in an FMCG or manufacturing industry? If you have answered yes to all these questions, please do not waver to apply!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications:
  • A relevant qualification relevant to in the Finance, Cost and Management Accounting
  • CIMA advantageous
  • Proficiency in MS Office packages
  • Syspro knowledge is an added advantage
 
Job description & Skills
  • Instigation and Preservation of company procedures and policies relevant to administration and finance.
  • Risk Management
  • The preparation of budgeting and variance reporting
  • Forecasting and financial projections
  • Compilation standard reports
  • Performance of daily processing and analysis with regards to manufactured products onto the financial system
  • Execution of monthly stock counts and data capturing
  • Preparation of audits
  • The provision of cost-effective accounting techniques with the mandate of deviating reports with regards to waste elimination opportunities
