A Giant in the Manufacturing and Engineering industry is in search for an experienced Cost and Management Accountant to join their dynamic team in their Cape Town Offices.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications:

Cost & Management Degree
3-5 years relevant working experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment

Skills:

Sound knowledge and understanding of Standard Costing methods
Selling price updates in accordance with cost drivers
Syspro BOMs and standard costing experience
Syspro inventory and stock takes
High level of confidentiality/ethics/integrity

Professional communication skills with internal and external customers

Job description:

Must be self-motivated, systems orientated.
Extensive PC literacy (Specifically Excel Advanced including pivot tables)
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines timeously
Attention to detail
Flexible
Planning and organising skills
Knowledge of Tax compliance and legislative updates
